Reset Hospitality Group provides digital tools and subscription-based services, including but not limited to P&L Coach.

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to proprietary tools and analysis, all purchases are considered final once access has been granted.

Subscription Services

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

Access will remain active until the end of the paid term.

 Technical Issues

 If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from accessing or using the service as intended, please contact:

 We will review all technical concerns promptly. If a verified system error has prevented delivery of the service, a resolution will be provided, which may include corrective action or, where appropriate, a discretionary refund.

 Chargebacks & Disputes

 Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute. We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns efficiently.
